Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)


·Assist to prepare reports for the team.
·Assist to tackle problem / ad hoc projects.
·Handle administrative tasks for the department including client directory maintenance program and support to prepayment process.
·Liaise with clients (internal & external) on all issues related to invoicing including procedures and deadlines.
·Check / update data in system to ensure it is properly recorded.
·Handle and issue invoices out of system.
·Send invoices / monthly activity reports to clients on time.
·Respond to customer inquiries on billing/invoicing/monthly reports.
·Establish and maintain positive relationships/communications with other departments and clients to enhance customer service.
Handle administrative tasks for the department.


Required Skills & Qualifications (What skills are required for this position)


·Post secondary or above with minimum 2 years working experience.
·Strong analytical, problem solving, independent and able to work under pressure is a MUST.
·Proficiency in MS Office, especially for Excel / ACCESS will be an advantage for successful application.
·Good command of English reaching CET 6 and Mandarin.
·Good team player and well organized, able to work with people of different levels and cultures and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented, result-oriented, self-motivated and adaptable to changes.
