Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)

· Monthly management accounting reports on South China region with explanation on variance between actual and budget / forecast.

· Annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting on income statement of South China region.

· Analyze sales, expenses and/or profitability for South China region as required by operations heads and / or top management

· Develop, maintain and improve analytical models

· Review and reconcile data in various internal systems

· Support other ad-hoc assignments as required

Required Skills & Qualifications (What skills are required for this position)

· Degree in Accounting / Business Studies or related disciplines

· At least 3 years of relevant experience in sizable organization

· Regional exposure with strong analytical skills and business acumen will be an asset

· Able to meet deadlines under pressure and work independently with an approachable manner

· Pro-active, detail-oriented, result-oriented, self-motivated and adaptable to changes in a fast moving environment

· Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint

· Good presentation skill and proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.
