Responsibilities:

- Work directly with the assigned clients to address and resolve technical issues, and drive improvement
- Approve Corrective Action Reports for root cause analysis on complaints/concerns identified by the client, and ensure effective implementation of CAP across the global network
- Identify areas of technical risks to enhance our current services and meet Client’s needs and demands
- Perform full technical review of assigned clients to identify gap, inconsistency and areas of improvements through systematic process or procedure change, in cooperation with Global Customer Relationship Management team for Inspection and Factory Audit
- Ensure appropriate program training and assessment materials are developed and support the provision of training as required
- Work as senior technical project leader on new business expansion for assigned clients

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree or above in Textile Engineering or relevant Business Studies
- At least 8 years of working experience preferably gained from third party inspection/auditing business and relevant fields in merchandising and/or consumer products manufacturing
- Experience in supervising and managing assignments across locations and teams
- Experience in working in a global company across diversified cultures
- Ability to communicate effectively both in spoken and written English
- Ability to lead and motivate, and work well with people at all levels
- Self –motivated, responsible, attention to details
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven track record of strong client relationship development skills would be an advantage
