职位描述
Job Summary (Brief overview on scope of job responsibility)
· Daily team operation supervision and management so as to provide seamless and superior service to all
customers so that customers have a positive experience and will continue to work with BVCPS IAC;
· Working as leaders for client projects or internal evolution projects, which are assigned by Manager of CRM Dept;
· Working with CRM Officers to solve outstanding issues and work out productive and constructive solutions;
· Providing training/coaching/assessment to CRM OFFICER during daily operation;
Interrelationships (Other key functional or communication lines)
· Work with IAC operating offices, sales offices, invoicing team, regional & operation line managers;
· Work with different global process teams to follow activities/issues that global processes are triggered
· Work with other functional departments for cross-dept coordination (such as Legal Dept, HR dept, QA dept, testing
dept etc)
Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)
· Supervise new program set-up for the creation of key client documents (COP, IFI, CPT and/or other key documents);
· Work with CRM officer to trigger and review Client Complaint investigation (CCR process or CAR process), and report to Manager of IAC CRM Dept or upper management;
· Escalate operational issues that are negatively impacting customer service or satisfaction to the Manager of IAC CRM Dept and/or upper management and working out constructive proposal for problem solving with other related parties.
· Provide monthly client management report.
· Supervise and reviewing the preparation which is made by CRM officers for client meeting or internal meetings;
· Attend client meeting or internal meetings as requested;
· Set Key Performance Index for CRM Officers and provide monthly and annual assessment/evaluation;
· Organize regular team meeting for team performance review, client operation review, typical case-sharing;
· Manage and provide direction to CRM Officers to meet and/or exceed KPI objectives;
· Supervise work efficiency of IAC CRM teams and controlling effectively Overtime Application;
· Create a positive environment of cross-department cooperation to let CRM OFFICER work more easily and smoothly.
