JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Maintains a thorough knowledge of services, policies, and procedures in order to better serve prospective customers in identifying the appropriate service to fit the customer’s needs;

· Researches and assesses sales opportunities consistent with Verification Services (VS) strategies and objectives;

· Identifies the decision-makers in prospective customer organizations;

· Builds and maintains relationships with decision-makers at prospective and established accounts;

· Develops comprehensive account plans that address the strategic needs of customers;

· Uses in-depth knowledge of VS offerings and customer needs to develop customer solutions that will lead to increased sales;

· Utilizes the VS system to enter and manage customer transactions;

· Mentors and coaches new VS Sales Executives as assigned by VS Sales Manager;

· Assists the VS Sales Manager in analyzing sales results versus annual objectives; provides input for achieving objectives;

· Prepares sales reports and marketing materials as requested by VS Sales Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor degree holder with around 5 years solid experience, preferably in the Sales, Marketing or Customer Service environment;

· Proven sales track record, customer service orientated with strong communication and interpersonal skills;

· Good command of spoken and written English;

· Highly motivated, independent, well organized and enthusiastic.
