Job Responsibilities:

1. To assist the General Manager in planning the enterprise strategics and be responsible for the company’s management and coordination, as well as implement each department projects.

2. Be responsible for managing the parts of business processes, participate in planning and implementing marketing targets and projects.

3. Reasonably Arrange the jobs and personnel in subordinate department, formulate and supervise the procedures for the department’s quality control.

4.Business training for the subordinate staff and strengthen their capacity.

Job Qualifications:

1. Graduated from Top50 Universities in USA and in good standing.(Required)

2. Bachelor degree or higher and have related experience.

3. Recognition the culture of AIL, honest and trustworthy, dedicative and sense of responsibility

4. Good interpersonal communication, strong enthusiasm for work and team-oriented.
