? To set up and lead projects,

Work Experience
? 5+ years work experience in project area
? Good communication skill and be able to work with people of different background/ departments
? Wide range of common knowledge of electrical- electronic- mechanical manufacturing industries and processes
? Good knowledge in R&D process for electromechanical products
? Strong sense of time schedule and team inspiration
? Experience with Quality tools.
? Good English language and communication skills
? Structured mindset

Education Background
? University degree, major in mechanical and electrical engineering
