Main duties and responsibilities:

? Leading project from Design to mass production.
? Coordinate projects with Sales, Customer, Production, Quality, Sourcing and Linak A/S
? Responsible for following our internal procedure (CP34)
? Customizing existing products
? Benchmark different technology
? Contact to supplier
? Test different concept and prototype and verify
? Responsible for the process from prototype to finish product.
? Knowledge sharing with Linak DK and US
? Responsible for the approval test intern/extern
? Responsible for the necessary documentation
? Create cost efficient solution and Design For Manufacture (DFM)
? Responsible for archiving the cost price target.
? Responsible for budgeting each project.



Required skills/experience:

? Independent and innovative.
? Have experience in leading/managing projects.
? Have minimum 5 years experience with different electronic designs and technology.
? Have a good understanding of mechanical designs
? Is family with FMEA and other Quality insurance tools.
? Have experience with different manufacturing processes as PCBA, cables, DC-motors and Transformers.
? Perfect in verbal and written English
? Is a Team player
? Education as Electronic. Engineer
? Minimum 5 year engineering experience in international company, working with technical issues
? Expert in MS software, Excel and Word
