Main duties and responsibilities:

? Together with Sourcing function, develop LINAK China suppliers to the required LINAK standard
? Develop, implement, improve and impose quality assurance plans and quality control plans to suppliers for LINAK China based on information's from and in cooperation with IQC, process control functions, Q specialist and others
? Develop, implement, improve and impose needed quality assurance systems by suppliers to ensure correct quality and on-time delivery
? Perform audits of potential new suppliers based on request from other LINAK manufacturing facilities
? Develop, maintain and implement frequent quality audits schedules and follow up on activities and corrective actions
? Train suppliers on PPAP requirements
? Review PPAP documentation and carry out new sample approval together with sourcing, R&D and other relative dept..
? Work with suppliers to solve quality issues to ensure a consistent quality and on-time deliveries
? Reporting

Required skills/experience:

? Fluent in verbal and written English
? Very structured and detail oriented with good communication and training skills
? Major in engineering, mechanical is an advantage
? Certified auditor, preferable ISO9000 and/or ISO/TS16949
? Min. 3 years auditor experience as a certified Lead Auditor
? Min. 5 year Quality System experience, ISO9001-2000 or similar, from manufacturing environment
? Well developed problem solving skills
? Must be familiar with SPC, control cart implementation, PFMEA, process capability analyses etc.
? ASQ CQE certification preferred
? Able and willing to travel
