POSITION PURPOSE:

1. To bring game development expertise in to a new exciting team
2. To collaborate with cross functional team members to achieve project goals
3. Work on not only client projects but also be a part of the innovation LAB

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Expertise with OOP programming techniques and understand a RIA/SOA architecture.
2. An innovative approach and an interest in experimenting with new technologies.
3. Must work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
4. An obsession for high-quality, on-time deliveries.
5. Experience with internet technologies, including, Flash Remoting, Flash communication server, XML, JavaScript, and HTML.
6. Flex, CS3, AS3 coding experience
7. Understand the top game development techniques
8. Understand or has experience with common frameworks such as Flash Punk, Push Button Engine, Flixel
9. Video and data streaming with flash
10. Knowledge of how to make things work across various OS and browser platforms.
11. Able to pick up new toolsets and languages as needed
12. Interpersonal skills to manage and work with team members.
13. Basic project management skills and the ability to self-organize tasks to be completed by deadlines.

COMPETENCIES: Knowledge, skills, abilities and attributes (characteristics) that enable people to successfully perform their jobs. Education: Bachelor Degree with major of science or engineering.

1. Building Web application for online games
2. Coding according to adobe coding conventions
3. Building flash web portals/games from the ground up
4. Project management
5. Meeting deadlines
6. Working with other Flash developers
7. Ability to work on existing flash/Flex projects
8. Effective problem solving
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese (English preferred)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1. At least bachelor's degree major in Computing / Science / Digital Media
2. At least 2 years relative working experiences in product quality assurance & safety.
3. Familiar with digital production process
