Responsibilities:

1. Report to the IT manager of Shenzhen Office and collaborate with the entire IT team to provide supporting serv ices for all colleagues in the Asian region.
2. Station in the Shenzhen Futian Office, with occasional travel or remote desktop support to over 10 remote site s in Southern China. And occasionally visit Hong Kong Office to providing on-site IT support services.
3. Perform support of IBM Domino Servers, Windows 2003/2008 servers, Trend Micro servers, MS WSUS server, network printing server, SAN and tape backup system maintenance and trouble shooting.
4. Offer assistance in security asset auditing and updating of software & hardware inventories.
5. Helpdesk supports which include IT enquiry, PC/Laptop setup, repairing and trouble-shooting issues.
6. Provide computer training for computer users of the company.

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in IT, IS or other related disciplines.
2. At least 3 years full time experience in IT support or security audit.
3. Holder of security audit certificate or Microsoft certificate is preferred.
4. Experience in setup, troubleshooting IBM Domino 7/8/9 (multiple servers & sites), Exchange server 2008 & Windo ws 2003/2008/2012 servers is an advantage.
5. Other IT skill set and experience will be considered.
6. Proficient in MS Office 2010/2013/365 – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Lyn is expected.
7. Well conversant in English & Mandarin. Knowledge of Cantonese is an added advantage.
8. Willing to work beyond office hours in case of any urgent and important incidents.
9. Good analytical & reporting skills; systematic, self-initiative with strong sense of responsibility is essential.
10. Good communication skill and team cooperation spirit.
