Responsibilities:

1. Report to the IT manager of Shenzhen Office and collaborate with the entire IT team to provide supporting services for all colleagues in Shenzhen and Shanghai.

2. Station in the Shenzhen Futian Office, remote desktop support some remote sites in Southern China. Occasionally visit Hong Kong Office in Admiralty would be needed.

3. Perform support of MS Office, Windows, 2003 servers, Trend Micro servers, MS WSUS server, network printing server and tape backup system maintenance and trouble shooting.

4. Offer assistance in security asset auditing and updating of software & hardware inventories.

5. Helpdesk supports which include IT enquiry, PC/Laptop setup, repairing and trouble-shooting issues.

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in IT, IS or other related disciplines.

2. At least 2 years full time experience in IT helpdesk support or system administration.

3. Holder of Microsoft certificate is preferred.

4. Senior IT Support Administrator position will be given to the higher qualification applicant.

5. Experience in setup, troubleshooting Windows XP/Vista/7/8, Windows 2003 servers is an advantage.

6. Other IT skill set and experience will be considered.

7. Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook is expected.

8. Well conversant in English (CET4) & Mandarin. Knowledge of Cantonese is an added advantage.

9. Good analytical & reporting skills; systematic, self-initiative with strong sense of responsibility is essential.

10. Good communication skill and team cooperation spirit.
