Responsibilities:

Take key role for production engineering management in CEM/suppliers in China, incl. but not limited to:
1.Manage CEM/suppliers on sustaining of production engineering on PCBA, box build/shelf assembly to reach the QCD(Quality/Cost/Delivery) goals.
---Drive Continuous improvement Program with CEM for including quality yield improvement, efficiency improvement, process optimization, cost reduction etc
---To take over the manufacturing engineering responsibilities from NPI projects. Make the manufacturing procedure and instructions when applicable.
---ECO implementation management
---To drive and support supplier to resolve the quality issues
---Manufacturing capacity review including on assembly and testing, make sure meet the requirement of production ramp up.
---PCBA/Box build manufacturing process audit including Assembly and testing, especially in phase of First Operational Batch.
2.As team player provides professional support from transition of NPI/MP till product EOL within ADVA.
3.Early involvement with New Product Introduction phase, to give the DFx (design for Manufacturability, design for cost etc) feedback to NPI/designer.
4.To setup/define/improve the quality standard for product
5.Work with CEM for product package/label design review and approval

Personal Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:
1. Fluent written and spoken English
2. Has 5+ year manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, and quality control experience on PCBA and box build in telecommunication products
3. familiar with manufacturing process in SMT, W/S, box build assembly etc
4. Familiar with PDM application e.g. Agile
5. Some knowledge of production testing will be preference
6. Has Project management/quality management-6 sigma experience and skill
7. Bachelor degree in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering
8. Self-motivation and team work player.
9. Open, honest, loyal
