职位描述
Responsibilities:
-Assist the Management to plan and supervise television production activities including production budget, manpower and equipment.
-Manages all production activities and operations for a television station including studio and remote site productions including scheduling equipment and arrangement of manpower.
-Prepares cost estimates for equipment and labor in preparation of production budget; monitors production budgets.
-Directs technical production staff in set-up and operation of remote site production activities; maintains production standards and quality control.
-Produces and directs special events or projects.
-Provides input in long range television production planning.
-Coaching and developing the teams.
-Participate in ad hoc projects as requested by the management.
Requirements:
-University bachelor degree or above, preferably in media or related field.
-Minimum 15 years in operation of TV/Media production with at least 5 years in the position of Deputy Channel Controller or equivalent.
-Knowledge of PRC broadcast rules, regulations and guidelines is a must.
-Devoted with good judgment and communication skills.
