BASIC INFORMATION
FUNCTIONAL TITLE:
Senior Trade Services Officer
DIVISION:

DOTTED LINE MANAGER: IF APPLICABLE
LOCATION:
Guangzhou
TERMS AND PROPOSED SALARY RANGE
Negotiable
CORPORATE GRADE:
6
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Operations
1. Handle the processing of CAD/BAD / Export / Import / Guarantee transactions as supervisor.
2. Prepare daily/ weekly/monthly regulatory reports.
3. Report any potential operational risk & ensure no operation error.
4. Ensure that all regulations/compliance requirements have been fully complied with in daily operation.
5. Keep quality customer services
6. Meet SLA
7. Cooperation with department head to achieve departmental targets
8. As the team leader to coordinate daily processing
SELECTION CRITERIA
? Good knowledge in CAD/BAD / Export / Import / Guarantee products / Trade Finance
? University graduate preferable with at least 5 years experience in trade finance services operations
? Solid knowledge of UCP600, ISBP, URGD758, URC522 & etc
? Familiar with SAFE & PBOC regulations and reporting system
? Good communication and problem solving skills
? Good in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
? Excellent Computer literate for Microsoft Office Softwares
