Job responsibilities:

1. Manage the existing supplier, and develop new supplier, in order to satisfy our quality request, new line request and cost saving request;
2. Regular audit supplier's quality assurance system and process in order to meet TE’s quality standards;
3. Track and confirm supplier improvement report (8D) and the implementation effect
4. Handle incoming parts' quality issue; evaluate the validity of supplier improvement actions in order to improve supplier quality level;
5. Assess supplier performance, lead and invite the meeting with worst supplier by monthly in order to enhance supplier management;
6. Update the CP, WI, monthly report, weekly report
7. Train the inspector and supplier in order to enhance them operation skills and professional knowledge for supplier development.
8. Set up the quality target and push all supplier continuous improvement.
9. Monitor supplier Critical processes / dimension by SPC to improve process capability.

Job requirements:

1.Bachelor or above degree in Electro-Mechanical/ Mechanical Engineering / Quality
2.More than 4 years SQE or Quality management experience in manufacture company;
3.Familiar with ISO9001,TS16949,VDA 6.3, SPC, QC tools and 6 sigma;
4.Knowledge and hands-on experience in stamping, molding, plating, heat treatment, and so on;
5.Fluent oral and wirtten communication in English and Mandarin;
