1.junior college degree, major in mechanical design or mechanical engineering or electrical engineering

2. two years working experience on household appliance design/development, know about the new project development procedure.

3. know about common plastic raw material and metal raw material performance and application.

4. know about common manufacture process like injection, die casting, electric plating, painting, pad-printing, silk screen etc.

5. has working experience on common manufacture defects analyse and improvement

6. familiar with common electric components performance and application like motor, valve, heater, pump, switch, fuse, TCO etc.

7. know about IEC60335-1 common requirement.

8. skillful 3D/2D data creating experience with Pro-E.

9.Must be able to communicate in English read and written

10.have Honest, Self-motivation , good communication skill, team work.
