Job Description
HR management
· Prepare and maintain SOPs, policies and guidelines, including the correct employment of all systems, policies and features available from Finland Headquarter;
· Observe laws within area of responsibility and make sure all the HR practices comply with legal requirements
· Cost controlling of the department’s budget incl. helping the company to deliver productivity to control labour heads
· Support and coaching of line managers and employees
· Coach and lead subordinates
· Company culture and values
· Organization & People development, Staffing
Administrate manpower plan & position structure
· Establish and maintain recruiting activities to fulfill the company’s objectives
· Organizational development at all levels, incl. development of talents and leaders through structured and measured training
· Establish and maintain education and training activities
· Successor planning
· Ensure that annual/half-year organization & people review are conducted
· Promotions and dismissals
C&B
Maintain develop the compensation and benefits system to support the long-term and short-term business development
ER
Maintain and improve harmonious employer-employee relations
HRIS
Employ HR Information System(HRIS) for registration of employees
Administration
· Overall administration management and operations
· Office, canteen, dormitory supervision and management
· Vehicles supervision and management
SPECIAL CONTACT REQUIREMENTS RELATED TO THE JOB
· Coach and counsel local management in order to ensure compliance with HR best practices and build management competencies
· Participate in regional HR efforts supporting the corporate strategy
· With local government and labor bureau for sufficiently manage the local labor policy
· Frequently communicate with other dept on recruitment information feedback to review the process
BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Education and experience
· University graduate major in human resources management or psychology is preferable
· At least 5 years of relevant experience of relevant managerial capacity in manufacturing form
· Ability to recognize and solve problems and to make and sell those recommendations / ideas to peers and senior management.
· Good written and verbal English and Chinese communications skills
