Main Responsibility
l Maintain Lab daily operation orderly and effectively;
l Vendor's test lab audit and test performance checking for ORT and development products;
l Equipment maintenance and calibration on schedule and keep in good condition for operation;
l Training for lab staff, QC and QE for test method and accept spec;
l Design the new test fixture for new test requirements and coordination with fixture vendor to make them timely;
l Vendor's test lab audit and test performance checking for ORT and development products;
l Maintain and organize all testing reports and testing samples for review;
l Base on test requirement, develop new test equipment to fulfill the new test;
l Lab quality system running and upgrade;
l Lab management including assurance testing performance standard, lab testing and testing audit and lab calibration;
l Coordination with PD & QE departments at headphone development and pre-production stage for potential quality issues raised and advise the comments for quality improvement; 12. Establish and collection of testing standard for new products and monitor the test standard for mass products;
l Maintain and update QA Testing Manual periodically;
l Update weekly and monthly report;
l Be familiar with reassuring system and GR&R;
l To complete any other assignments deemed by QA Director.
Main Qualifications
l Undergraduate degree or above in Electronics Engineering or related disciplines.
l Minimum 5 years working experience with at least 2 years of test lab management background;
l Strong integrity and leadership;
l Fluent in both Chinese and English;
l Good computer skill;
l Good communication skill.
