1、全日制电子、机械、软件相关专业毕业，2年以上同职位工作经验；
2、熟悉平板电脑和手机设计开发流程及进度跟进；
3、有参与过平板电脑和手机设计评审、验证、设计确认的实际工作经验；
4、会处理平板电脑和手机小批量试产的试制总结及问题反馈处理，跟进是否可量产并进行确认。
