工作职责：

1. 参与制定公司人事行政管理制度、工作流程及实施细则；

2. 负责集团公司人事行政管理制度在分区公司的实施和执行监督；

3. 负责分区公司日常的人事行政管理工作；

4. 统筹安排本地招聘，甄选合格人才；

5. 负责分区员工劳动合同签订、续签或终止以及人事调配、入职离职手续的办理；

6. 协助组织实施分区公司员工绩效管理和培训管理；

7. 做好分区公司员工关系管理和日常交流；

8. 完成上级交办的其他工作任务。

任职要求：

1. 大专以上学历；3年以上人事行政管理工作经验；

2. 工作积极主动，有很强的责任心和团队意识；

3. 能够很好的与人沟通交流，善于协调组织内部关系，执行力强。

SGOCO (Fujian) Electronic Company Limited is focused on developing our own brands and distribution in the Chinese flat panel display market. Our main products are LCD/LED monitors, TVs, and other application specific products.
