职位描述
职位：执行总裁/副总裁（房地产）
岗位职责：
1、负责发展并有效管理集团各下属子公司；
2、根据集团的发展需要，在集团董事会的领导下制定本公司战略，提出公司的业务规划、经营方针和经营形式，并根据内外部环境的变化进行调整；组织实施公司的总体战略，发掘市场机会；领导创新与变革，并根据董事会决议主持拟定公司未来几年的业务目标、业务计划、预算计划，实现公司业务和投资回报的快速增长，以实现股东价值的持续稳定增长；
3．制定和实施公司年度经营计划及预算计划：根据董事会下达的年度经营目标，组织制定、修改、实施公司的年度经营计划；根据董事会审定的年度经营目标，监督、控制经营计划的实施过程，并最终对经营结果负责；
4．建立健全公司的组织体系、绩效体系和业务体系；主持、推动关键管理流程和规章制度的建设，规范内部管理，及时进行组织和流程的优化调整；
任职资格：
1、企业管理、工商管理、工民建、房地产经营管理等相关专业本科以上学历；
2、10年以上房地产公司工作经历，其中5年以上房地产公司同等职位管理工作经验；
3、熟悉国内房地产行业状况，能够洞察行业发展趋势，具有清晰的地产项目开发管理思路，善于制定企业发展的战略及具备把握企业发展全局的能力；
4、科学地为组织及个人设立具有挑战性的目标，并想方设法完成任务，必要时采用新的方法或程序，在仔细权衡代价和收益的基础上作出决策，有魄力，敢于承担风险；
5、具有极强的学习和创新能力，有极强的开拓性思维；
6、精通目标掌控（制定、分析及分解达成）、时间分配、人力分配等，以公平的态度运用权利；
7、具备良好的敬业精神和职业道德操守，有很强的感召力和凝聚力。
