RESPONSIBILITIES

· Expand the sales force through strategic planning

· Recruit and train sales personnel to achieve planned sales targets

· Coach team leaders to achieve higher sales productivity

· Inculcate excellent customer service values in sales personnel

· Strictly adhere to sales policies and ensure sales personnel fulfill all regulatory and compliance requirements

· Educate sales force on credit risk management

· Collaborate with product team to explore new ideas and develop new products

· 招募、及培训销售团队成员

· 协助部门主管完成年度销售任务

· 带领团队销售主管达成绩效考核目标

· 领导并教育团队提供优质服务及确保销售品质

· 协助部门主管完成内部及外部机关的各项检查工作

· 培训及激励销售团队，提高销售团队的生产力，并确保内部欺诈案件的发生

· 建立销售团队风险观念并与风管单位合作以维护满意的风险品质

· 协助产品经理开发新型产品

· 严格遵守各项销售管理和内控规定

KEY REQUIREMENTS

· Ambitious individual with determination to achieve challenging goals

· Rich people management experience

· Able to strategize and effectively execute business plans

· Possesses excellent communication skills

· Display good understanding of risk management policies

· Demonstrate ability to handle demanding customer

· Exhibit strong leadership qualities

· Bachelors degree with good knowledge of local labour laws

· 5 years sales management experience with at least 3 years’ sales experience in credit cards or personal loans financial products
