RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support

- Make phone call with customer according to the Customer List

-Collect and consolidate recall feedback report

- Responsible for meeting planning and prepare meeting agenda

- Provide guests or customer greeting, support/coordinate visits

- Manage all aspects of personal assistant activities to credit card DS , including stationery office equipment supplies.

- Responsible for all aspects of travelling arrangement, including airline hotel reservations

- Check work attendance of whole employee in credit card center, manage express affairs

-Staff lockers arrangement, distribution and use of management

-Credit card application form management, including the payment, recovery and tracking the use of wear and tear condition

- Other administrative requirements provided by manager

KEY REQUIREMENTS

-Strong interpersonal skill and good team player

- Good organization and coordination skills

- Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of PC & Office

- Stable, reliable, hardworking, flexible

- Attention to details

- College graduate and above

- 1 year assistant experience is preferred
