岗位职责：

负责公司人力资源的整体运作与管理,包括人力资源各模块与环节的具体作业

任职要求：

1、人力资源管理或相关专业全日制大专以上学历，三年以上人力资源管理工作经验；有助理人力资源管理师或以上资格证书者佳；

2、有系统全面的人力资源管理知识，熟悉招聘、培训、薪酬、绩效等各项实务操作；熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策；

3、积极乐观、形象好、有亲和力，具有较强的语言表达能力、人际交往能力、应变能力、沟通能力、组织协调及解决问题的能力，有较强的责任感与敬业精神；

4、熟练使用常用办公软件及网络应用，英文CET4级或以上水平者佳

AUSPI Electronics (Shenzhen) Co Ltd was registered in 2005 in Shenzhen, China by investment from its mother company from HK, now as a headquarter located in its owned property in Tian'an longgang cyber park. Our main business is dealing with printed circuits exportation including electronic assembly and OEM services within precision industries as automotive, industrial, medical etc, from business units and manufacturing locations within Europe and Asia. Our services, valuable philosophies and trust enjoys a very good support from a wide range of customers and suppliers.
