Main responsibilities

All Recruitment related issues, including but not limit to maintaining recruitment channel, recruitment process implementation, monitoring and recruitment data statistics and analysis.
All Training related issues, including but not limit to training needs collection, training’s organization, training evaluation and feedback collection, training record control and training institute relationship maintenance.
All HR staffing work management, including but not limit to new staff on-board, separation, probation, contract renew.
All employee relationship related issues management
Supporting C&B issues, including but not limit to Attendance status (OT & LEAVE) checking and E-LEAVE system monitoring, inquiry.
Reports preparation, including but not limit to Name list, Directory and O-chart etc.
Supervise office all administration related work, including but not limit to maintaining good working environment, managing office property, company licenses’ annual audit, renew etc.
Monitoring receptionist and driver’s work
Office Activities’ organization
Foreigners’ allocation, visa etc.
FESCO affairs coordination
Payments’ preparation
QHSE support
Other job tasks assigned by line manager

Requirement

College Degree or above
Mandarin and English language proficiency
Computer literate
3 years above of relating work experience in HR & Adm. field
Smart with HR functions and be sensitive to data & figures
Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties and willing to work under pressure
