Main responsibilities

-Delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, quotation, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires.
-Follow the shipment for the key account and the account under local control with close cooperation with relative team and update shipment information to customer and concerned parties if needed.
-Record, Analysis and manage relative document per management instruction
-Maintain constant contact and keep relationship with current customers
-Linkage between customer and operation as well as network, ensure operation could well understand the requirement from customer and network.
-Release accurate SOP to operative team

Requirement
-Bachelor Degree or above
-Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in logistics or trading company
-Good English
-Possess good communication skills and influence skill
