职位描述：Position Description
？ 负责焊装物料操控区域的日常生产，按照车间生产计划进行板料供应，零件运输以及料架准备等。确保车间生产的正常进行。
Responsible for logistics current production. According to the workshop production plan, provide material sheet, part delivery, and prepare pallet. Ensure workshop production on the rails.
主要职责：Major responsibilities
？ 参与制定物料区域的工作计划并完成车间下达的各项指标；
Participate in making the work plan of logistics zone, and finish the various target issued by workshop.
？ 按照工艺规程和作业指导书进行生产；
According to the Technological Procedure (TP) and the Operator Instruction Sheet (OIS) for the production.
？ 树立班组成员为生产服务的意识，高效率高质量的为生产服务；
Set up good service consciousness for production, and service with high quality, high efficiency.
？ 良好的安全意识。班前完成点检并确认正常。生产中严格执行安全操作规程。确保日常生产过程中的安全操作；
Good safety awareness. Finish point inspection before work and ensure it’s OK. Operate strictly according to safety operation specification in production process. Ensure the safety operation in daily production process.
？ 负责牵引车的日常维护保养，使铲车处于良好状态
Responsible for tow-tractor daily maintenance, ensure forklift on good status.
？ 负责本区域的现场5S的执行和保持；班后牵引车定点存放。
Responsible for own zone 5S implementation and maintenance. Tow-tractor park is assigned after finish work.
？ 参加培训工作，不断提高技能和能力；
Attend training, improve constantly skills and ability.
？ 严格执行公司规章制度；
Strictly implement company policies.
？ 积极参与改善工作；
Participate in improve work positivity.
？ 维持板料存放区域、零件存放区域以及库房的有效管理；
Keep effectively management in material sheet zone, part storage zone, and logistic storeroom.
？ 完成车间其它工作；
Complete other work for workshop.

任职条件：Qualification
？ 中专以上学历；
Technical secondary school degree or above.
？ 为人正直，良好的团队合作能力；
Honest, good team cooperation ability.
？ 在汽车物料操控方面有丰富的实践经验；
Having rich practical experience in production of vehicle and logistics operator.
？ 好的敬业精神， 较强的工作责任感和执行力；
Good professional ethics, strong sense of responsibility and execution.
？ 具有牵引车证。
Have tow-tractor certification.
