职位描述/Position Description
总装设备工程师主要对总装车间所属设备负责，保证车间的正常生产。

主要职责/Main Responsibilities：
·负责车间设备的安装、调试、验收工作，组织办理新设备交接建帐手续
Responsible for installing, testing and signing off equipment as well as the transfer procedure of new equipment
·负责车间工具的管理、维护、订购和计量
Responsible for the management, maintenance, order and quantity of equipment
·协调供应商在设备保修期内的技术服务和售后服务工作
Coordinate the supplier's technical support and after-sale service during warranty
·组织制定车间设备的使用和维护制度

Formulate regulations concerning the use and maintenance of equipment
·及时组织解决车间设备运行中的突发性故障
Deal with the emergent breakdown during the operation of equipment
·建立车间设备的帐、卡及有关文件，管好设备及附件，做好相关设备验收、转移、封存、启用、调拨、报废等各项的记载，做到帐、物、卡相符
Set up accounts, cards and relevant files of equipment, manage equipment and accessories, keep records of the sign-off, transfer, seal-up, start-up, allocation and scrapping of equipment, so that accounts, equipment and cards are kept consistent with one another
·检查车间设备技术状态，配合相关区域工程师针对薄弱环节，制定相应措施，不断整改，保证设备完好率的巩固和提高
Inspect the technical status of equipment in the workshop, work with engineers concerned to take rectifying measures to ensure equipment is in good condition
·监督执行有关设备使用、维护规定以及设备的日常检查、定期检查及精度检查，协助和指导使用者和维修者搞好日常维护及定期保养工作
Monitor the implementation of regulations concerning the equipment use and maintenance as well as the routine inspection, regular inspection and accuracy inspection. Assist and instruct users and service people with routine maintenance
·参与设备事故的分析，填写事故报告单并及时组织修理，提出防止事故发生的措施并组织实施
Participate in accident analysis, file accident report and deliver timely repair. Put forward precaution measures and apply them to practice
·负责向有关部门定时申报设备检修计划，报送有关设备管理与维修的各种报表和原始资料，完成规定的设备维修计划
Submit overhaul plans to certain departments on a regular basis, submit reports concerning management and maintenance of equipment and original files. Fulfill the prescribed equipment maintenance plans
·对新车型的试制和投产工作中的设备工作全力支持
Support trial production and launch of the new model
·负责新车型通用设备的升级调试工作
Upgrade debugging of general equipment of the new mode
·支持新车型专用设备的准备和购买
Preparation and purchase of specialized equipment of the new model
·支持生产线建设（改造）工作
Support the construction (modification) of the production line
·支持车间各自然工作组的工作
Support all the natural workgroups
·负责FPS相关要素的学习、组织和实施
Responsible for training and implementation of FPS elements

任职要求/ Qualifications：
·本科以上学历

Bachelor degree or above
·在汽车总装生产设备方面有较好的专业知识和实践经验
Expertise in production equipment at final assembly, both in theory and practice
·掌握FPS中SHARP和FPTM的知识，并熟练运用于工作
Equipped with knowledge of SHARP and FPTM in FPS and apply it to practice
·好的敬业精神，团队协作能力强
Devoted to work and good team player
