职位描述Job Description

? 根据发展要求，负责在涂装推广运用生产体系（CES），并逐步提升等级，提高生产效率。

Promote the application of Production System（CES）and upgrade its level to improve the production efficiency.

主要职责Major Responsibility:

? 整理生产体系（CES）要素的年度推行主体计划，并进行定期评审。

Coordinate the annual promotion plans of Production System（CES）principles and tools, support team for deployment, conduct evaluation on a regular basis.

? 持续地发现生产体系各要素的进展及改善机会, 并向提供每个要素的月度、季度及年度状态报告。

Keep track of the development as well as the continuous improvement of Production System（CES）principles and tools and file reports about status (key performance indicator) monthly, quarterly and yearly.

? 对生产体系各要素的运用进行全区域范围内的定期检查与维护, 并协调各区域应用。

Carry out regular check-up and maintenance of each element and coordinate the application in all area.

? 负责生产体系各要素的相关资料的标准化, 并将最佳实践进行推广。

Responsible for the standardization of relevant materials concerning Production System（CES） elements and popularize the optimum practices.

? 负责区域生产体系（CES）相关培训。

In charge of Production System（CES） training.

? 协作区域经理解决横向业务问题assist the shop manager for all transversal problem solving

? 负责为区域经理、主管、区长、班长培训CES coaching of the shop manager, supervisor, group leader, team leader for excellence system

? 培训到位，确保所有车间领导，直到所有的经理独当一面ensure all training, workshop leadership until all managers are not autonomous to do it

? 做卓越系统部署计划业务单元do the excellence system deployment plan for the business unit

任职条件 Qualifications:

· 本科或以上学历。

bachelor degree or above.

· 涂装现场3年以上生产经验，2年以上区域或班组管理经验；

More than 3 yeas experience in painting workshop, more than 2 years experience of Group/Team management.

· 在汽车涂装生产管理方面有较好的专业知识和实践经验。

Relevant professional and practical knowledge and experience in auto painting production.

· 良好的敬业精神、团队协作能力和沟通能力。

Good professional, teamwork ability and communication skill

· 掌握计算机运用技术。

Good skills in PC application.

· 具有良好处理突发问题的生产调动能力

Good capability both in dealing with outburst issue and production redeployment.

· 具备日常英语读写、交流能力。

Competence of daily English communication in reading and writing.
