职位/Position :卓越体系专员 / CAPSA Excellence System （CES） Specialist
上级主管/Supervisor: CAPSA CES MANAGER 长安标致雪铁龙卓越体系经理

主要职责 Major Responsibilities:
开发公司的卓越（精益）管理体系（包括生产部门与非生产部门）；
Develop CAPSA EXCELLENCE SYSTEM (CES, like lean management) in production and non-production departments.
通过培训、辅导、审核等方式实施卓越体系；
Deploy CES by training, coaching, auditing.
开展并领导精益改善项目/六西格玛改善项目的实施；
Lead lean workshops/six sigma projects in any departments.
协调部门内部事务，如部门会议管理、培训支持等。
Coordinate with department internal affairs, e.g. meeting arrangement, training support, etc.

任职条件 Qualifications:
? 工业工程及相关专业本科毕业
Bachelor degree in industrial engineering or related majors.
? 有3年以上精益制造/管理的推进工作经验
More than 3 years of experience in the promotion work of Lean Production/Management.
? 具备六西格玛绿带及其以上资格认证
With Green belt and above level of certification in six sigma
? 具备丰富的制造专业知识和实践经验
Fluent in English and Chinese communication. French is preferred
? Word, Excel, PPT等熟练，请展示你的最佳成果
Skilled in Word, Excel, PPT, etc. please show your best work of each tool
? 良好的沟通、解决问题的能力、执行力强
Problem solver and Strong execution
? 良好的敬业精神，团队协作能力强
Devoted to work and good team player.
Expertise in manufacturing, both in theory and practice (from HONDA/TOYOTA/NISSAN)
? 良好的中英文沟通和交流能力，会法语优先

长安标致雪铁龙汽车有限公司，由中国长安汽车集团股份有限公司与法国标致雪铁龙汽车股份有限公司共同组建，双方于2010年7月9日在中国和法国政府高层领导共同见证下在法国巴黎正式签署了组建合资企业的协议，注册资本为40亿人民币。

长安标致雪铁龙初期投资84亿元人民币，建设年产20万辆汽车和20万台发动机的生产能力。未来将根据市场需求逐步扩大产能和新建生产基地，目标是产销100万辆。
CAPSA initially invest 8.4 billion yuan to establish annual production capacity is 200,000 cars and 200,000 engines. CAPSA will increase production capacity and build new production base according to the market requirement, and the target production and sales capacity is 1 million cars.
