Implement in launch phase the industrial quality standard with the project team to achieve the quality objective (visual management, quality tools …)
在投产阶段与项目组一起执行工业质量标准以实现质量目标（包括目视化管理，质量检测工具等）。
Animate and resolve the defects during launch phases
推动并解决在投产阶段出现的缺陷。
Validate the standard and process sheet for vehicle Inspection, part Inspection and Product audit of the new car.
验证整车检查，零件检查与新车产品审核的标准与工艺书。
Implement and update quality indicators for the new car (Product and Process)
执行并更新新车的质量检查指标。（产品与工艺）


主要职责/Major Responsibilities:
？ Organize the detection plan for the new car with project team and quality team (Final Inspection in welding, painting, assembly shop, Product Audit).
？ 与项目组，质量组（包括焊装车间，涂装车间，总装车间，产品审核车间的最终检查）组织对新车的检测计划。
？ Validate the defect detected per technology and animate their resolution with the project team ( A3 PDCA)
？ 与项目组一起验证每道工艺出现的缺陷并推进其对应解决方案。
？ With the project team validate the standard needed for Vehicle Engineer and Vehicle Inspection dedicated to the new car (Operation Instruction Sheet for vehicle and Parts, Training, new equipment .. )
？ 与项目组一起验证整车汽车工程师与汽车检查所需的整车检查标准（包括汽车零件的操作指导书，培训，新设备等）
？ Manage the quality dashboard for the new car : Product and Process.

任职条件Qualifications:
Bachelor‘s degree is require.
要求本科学历
First experience in manufacturing industry (3 years mini)
有汽车制造业工作经验(最少三年)
Good contact but tenacity to apply the quality standards.
易于沟通但能严格坚持执行质量标准
Well organization, coordination and communication ability.
较好的组织能力，协调能力与沟通能力
English : speaking, writing and reading.
英文水平： 要求表达，书面与阅读能力
