职位描述 Position Description:
With responsibility for engine inspection at end of assembly line and assisting the engineers to manage engine defects detected at COT and the daily workshop and equipment management.
从事发动机总装下线后的检查工作，进行工作间和设备定期保养与日常维护，协助工程师发动机终检区域的缺陷管理工作。
主要职责/Responsibilities:
1. 按照作业指导完成发动机整机检查工作（泄漏测试、发动机终检、电气测试、外观评审等）。
Be responsible for checking final engine from assembly line on the basis of the WI and specification (e.g.: leak test, visual and tactile inspection, electric test, audit on pallet etc.).
2. 执行发动机热磨合和加载测试，完成试验台的日常维护工作。
Execute the hot test and charge test for the final engine and auto maintenance for the facilities
3. 完成发动机终检和测试过程中的缺陷的记录，并及时响应。
Record the defect statistics during the engine final check and testing and reactivity immediate.
4. 负责记录安全、合理、有效的存储。
Be responsible for security, reasonable and effective storage of record.
5. 负责设备和工具的日常点检工作，确保设备及时有效地得到维修与保养，提高设备的使用效率
Realize the auto maintenance to sure the efficiency of equipment/tool in working area.
6. 协助工程师完成分析报告。
Assist with engineers to accomplish the defect analysis report
7. 协助上级完成车间管理工作（生产物料、5S等）
Assist with leader to manage the workshop (Material, 5S etc.)
任职要求qualification：
? 高中毕业及以上学历
Senior high school or up
? 有发动机生产及质量检验经验者优先
Engine production or inspection experience is better
? 良好的协调及表达能力
Dedication, teamwork and solving problem ability;
? 能够适应白班夜班周期性交替工作
Can be alternation for day shift and night shift
? 有独立工作能力，工作踏实，仔细认真，善与人沟通，责任心强，有团队合作精神，能承担工作中的压力；
? Be independent, careful and earnest, with good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, has the team spirit, can take on the working stress;
