职位描述 Position Description:
With responsibility for operating the performance bench, maintaining the laboratory regularly and routinely and assisting engineers to complete the tests.
从事发动机性能试验设备操作工作，进行试验室定期保养与日常维护，协助工程师完成试验。
主要职责/Responsibilities:
1. 负责发动机性能测试的准备（发动机准备、试验台准备）（20小时测试、耐久测试等）
Responsible for engine preparation for performance bench (20 hours, endurance, durability etc.)
2. 按照作业指导书执行发动机测试的操作并完成试验数据的记录。
Perform engine test on the bench on the basis of the WI and specification and complete the original records daily.
3. 负责试验数据安全、合理、有效的存储。
Responsible for security, reasonable and effective storage of test data.
4. 负责设备的日常点检工作，确保设备及时有效地得到维修与保养，提高设备的使用效率
Realize the auto maintenance of bench and test room to sure the efficiency of equipment.
5. 协助工程师完成测试报告。
Assist with engineers to accomplish the engine performance test report
6. 协助上级完成车间管理工作（备件、生产物料、5S等.）
Assist with leader to manage the workshop (Spare parts, material, 5S etc.)
任职要求qualification：
? 高中毕业及以上学历
Senior high school or up
? 有发动机生产及质量检验经验者优先
Have experience for engine manufacture and quality inspection is better
? 有发动机测试工作经验优先
Engine bench experience is better
? 良好的协调及表达能力
Well organization, coordination and communication ability;
? 良好的敬业精神，具有团队协作及解决问题的能力
Dedication, teamwork and solving problem ability;
? 能够适应白班夜班周期性交替工作
Can be alternation for day shift and night shift
? 有独立工作能力，工作踏实，仔细认真，善与人沟通，责任心强，有团队合作精神，能承担工作中的压力；
Be independent, careful and earnest, with good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, has the team spirit, can take on the working stress;
