Senior technical trainer资深技术培训师
Be able to conduct each technical training for DS dealers and edit & develop technical training course according to training plan and dealer’s technical requirements,
能够根据培训计划和经销商的技术要求，给DS经销商实施技术培训和编辑技术培训课程。

Position description职位描述:
Major Responsibilities主要职责：
● Conduct each training and meet the DS training standard.
能够独立实施技术培训，并能达到DS培训标准。
● Prepare the technical training syllabuses, manuals and teaching aids according to training plan.
根据培训计划，准备技术培训大纲，培训手册和培训工具。
● Update and develop the training courses: Development of new vehicle training courses and materials based on product developments, systems and requirements for the China market.
更新和开发培训课程：基于中国市场投放的新车型，更新和开发新车培训课程。
● Prepare the training materials such as trainees theory and practice work book, training presentation, technical reference documents, test question catalogue.
准备培训资料，例如培训学员的理论和实操题目手册，培训描述，技术参数文件，测试题。
● Monitor, supervise, motivate the learning process of all trainees during each allocated technical training courses.
在每次分配的技术培训课程中，能够监督、管理、促进培训学员的学习过程。
● Prepare the report regarding the knowledge and skill evaluations of trainees after each training activities.
在每次培训结束后，准备有关学员知识和技能评估报告。

Qualifications职位要求：
Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in the Automotive After-sales Technical Training Position.
主机厂售后技术培训岗位至少有10年相关工作经验。
Bachelor degree in automotive application engineering or related majors.
汽车应用工程及相关专业本科毕业。
Profound knowledge of current automotive technologies.
有渊博的现代汽车技术知识。
Experience with the E-learning management system.
有E-learning 管理系统的经验。
Problem solver and Strong execution
良好的沟通、解决问题的能力、执行力强
Familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc )
能够熟练使用办公软件，例如Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint 等。
English are vital would be used to read the materials of English version and communication with some leader.
能够使用英文阅读英文版本的资料和与领导能够进行英语沟通。
