职位描述 / Position Description
Within a close collaboration with engineering team regarding quality, he coordinates on behalf of the vehicle project organization the suppliers’ relationship on cost and industrials matters. He is the purchasing window-person inside project team and vehicle or engine project organization; he ensures that purchasing strategy and constraints are taken into account by vehicle project organization and, on the other side, that projects requirements are equally taken into account by purchasing organization.
与工程团队开展质量相关方面的紧密合作,代表整车项目团队在成本和工业化事务方面协调与供应商的关系.作为项目团队和整车/发动机团队内部的采购窗口人员，确保采购策略及规定在整车项目团队中得到执行，项目有关要求再采购团队中获得执行。

主要职责 / Main Responsibilities：
– Manage the sourcing strategy and RFQ input set up.
管理采购策略和RFQ输入
– Manage the supplier relationship from supplier nomination.
管理供应商
– Is responsible of the respect of the contract signed with supplier.
贯彻执行与供应商签订的合同
– Is responsible in his perimeter to achieve the costs, quality and timing objectives.
负责其他与成本、质量和时间节点相关的事项
任职条件 / Qualification for the Position

·具有较好的谈判技巧
Good negotiation skills and leadership
·良好的敬业精神和团队协作能力
Professional, and a sense of team work.
·良好的英语口头及书面表达能力（通过大学英语四级）
Skillful in oral and written English communication（minimum passed CET-4）
英语口语和书面表达熟练（CET4级以上）
