Purpose of Position
To provide support to develop, implement, review and audit all human resources policies, processes, systems, training and advice to all TJM employees
Main Accountabilities
1. Ensure you act responsibly and perform work duties in accordance with TJM’s Workplace Health and Safety standards
2. Coordinate the recruitment process with managers, agencies, and candidates ensuring a consistent and positive TJM message is relayed
3. Support the Quality policy by ensuring Quality in everything that we do as per ISO9001:2008, TUV homologation, and Conformity of Production requirements.
4. Support the development and implementation of the HR team strategy plan
5. Research and report on HR initiatives as required
6. Provide human resource and health and safety training as required to all employees to ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
7. Maintain an understanding of the relevant industrial instrument and provide advice to Payroll regarding its implementation
8. Provide HR support and advice for all employees and managers
9. Prepare All HR reporting by the due date each month and ad hoc reports as required
10. Maintain accurate and up to date employee information is retained on the HRIS and in soft copy files
Experience, Qualifications & skills
1. Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources is desirable
2. Competent in both, Excel and PowerPoint
3. Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese

2. Integrity and discretion in dealing with confidential matters
3. Empathy
