Requirement:

-College degree or above with major in Finance, Economics, Tax Management or relevant

-Excellent fresh graduate can be considered, good command of read and written English, good logic thinking

-Proactive and dynamic, surefooted and good ability to learn

Responsibility:

1.Risk Control Management

-Responsible for routine order releasing for risk control purpose

-Take prompt actions to customer’s variant delay payment behaviors

2.Collection

-Responsible for the routine dunning action and correspondence

-Responsible for the daily communication with front line staff for problem solving

-Responsible for monthly statement of account and PRC invoices distribution and recording

-To provide necessary document as per the customer request to prove the debt and for collection

-Prepare the special reconciliation sheet on timely basis as per customer request after proper approval

3.Account Receivable Management

-To settle the receipt in the system after a correct and prompt reconciliation on daily basis

-To report any variance from the settlement and follow up per the guideline of clearance

-To issue debit/Credit memo as adjustment after proper authorization

-Responsible for daily reconciliation with customer

-Prepare debtor confirmation to customer/auditor if required
