KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
关键职责

Start up the crusher and conveyer，observe the case of transfer pump
启动碎蛋机和传送带，注意观察输送泵的转移情况
Overturn the waste eggs into the trachea
将废弃的鸡蛋倒入到螺旋传送装置中
Put the trays on the convey to washing tunnel
将蛋托放到通往蛋托清洗机的传送带上
Record the temperature in washing tunnel regularly
定期记录蛋托清洗机内的水温
Configure the chemical agents for washing tunnel
按要求配置蛋托清洗机所使用的清洗剂
Disassembly & reassembly of the convey （include cleaning）
拆解和安装传送带，并清洁
Clean the used material and the machine
清洗使用过的设备和物料

In addition to the general missions, he must be able to carry out below missions:

Keep in touch with tray-recycle area, deal with simple failure (eg: trays block) .
随时保持与蛋托回收处的联系，处理一些简单的设备故障（如卡蛋托）
Check the BPR and daily records.
检查BPR和日常记录的填写。
Support other position(including but not limited to bulk department) after training.
经培训后需参与其他岗位的支援工作（包括但不限于本部门）。

REQUIREMENTS
任职资格(Required education, experience, certifications, and competencies.)

- At least 2 years working experience on related field;
至少2年相关工作经验；
- Good knowledge of bio-chemistry and chemistry;
具备一定的生物化学或化工知识；
- Highly familiar with equipment utilization;
熟悉并能熟练操作相关设备；
- Highly motivated to involve in physical work;
能吃苦耐劳；
- Team work spirit;
具有团队精神；
- Good listening ability ( the work condition is sometimes noisy).
听力良好（工作区域会有噪音）。
