KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
关键职责

Receive monovalent bulk from bulk building, store monovalent in cold room.
从原液车间接收单价原液并储存于冷库中
Perform filter integrity tests, mix three monovalent bulk with PBS and sterile filtration.
完成完整性测试，混合PBS和三种单价原液并进行无菌过滤
Set the filtered solution under stirring and take samples of the product for quality control laboratory.
在设定条件下搅拌过滤后产品，为质量控制实验室进行产品取样
Distribute the final product into shipper vessels
将半成品分装到分装罐中
Store the product in the cold room
在冷库中储存半成品
Perform daily environment follow-up in the zone
执行工作区的日常环境跟踪
Take environment control samples under the laminar flow
在层流下进行环境控制取样

Arrange production of inactivition 2, filtration & blending acrrding to production plan, arrange the person effectively，prepare the machines and materils fully.
依据生产计划安排灭活2、过滤和混合的生产，有效组织人员，设备、物料等准备充分。
Take charge of the machines routine maintenance in inactivition 2, filtration & blending area, management of spare parts, and ensure the requirement of production.
负责灭活2、过滤和混合区域设备的日常维护，设备备件的管理，保证生产的需要。
Assist supervisor follow-up the change control, take part in investigations of FI and follow-up the prevent actions.
协助主管更进灭活2、过滤和混合区域变更，参加偏差的调查及预防措施的更进。
Forwardly come up ideas for improving on GMP/HSE compliance, operational excellence, after actions are approved, implement them accordingly under help of resource.
积极提出GMP、HSE符合性和卓越运营的改进措施，经过批准后，在相关资源协助下实施改进措施.
Forwardly train and qualify relevant colleagues as planned.
根据计划积极培训和确认相关同事.

REQUIREMENTS
任职资格(Required education, experience, certifications, and competencies.)

- At least 2 years working experience on related field;
两年以上相关工作经验；
- Motivated to involve in physical work;
乐于从事体力劳动；
- Familiar with aseptic connections and stirring device utilization;
熟悉无菌连接及搅拌装置的使用；
- Familiar with aseptic operations under a laminar flow, operate quickly and properly;
熟悉层流下的无菌操作，操作迅速到位；
- Good knowledge of bio-chemistry;
掌握良好的生化知识；
- Patient and quiet ( avoid moving a lot in the zone class C) ;
有耐心，性格安静（避免在C级区中多走动）；
- Good at calculating for the final product samplings;
擅长终产品取样计算；
- Clean writing.
