Job Responsibilities:

-Responsible to achieve set budget target, both in volume and profit;

-Work with client team to discover air business opportunity from existing clients base;

-Develop new Air business clients;

-Ensure excellent communication with head office, identify the challenges and work out their solutions. Set up business strategy for 2013 and beyond;

-Establish the network with air line and/or their agents;

-Build and organize AIR operation team;

-Implement excellent operation procedure (SOP), ensure service level over client's requirement.

Requirements:

-At least 5 years working experience in AIR freight industry;

-Good connection with air carriers as well as customers;

-Good command of English in both speaking and writing;

-Willing to take additional responsibilities and pressure;

-Willing to work independently.
