岗位职责
1、协助总经理作好经营服务各项管理并督促、检查落实贯彻执行情况。；
2、协助总经理调查研究、了解公司经营管理情况并提出处理意见或建议，供总经理决策。
3、做好总经理办公会议和其他会议的组织工作和会议纪录。
任职资格
1.大学专科（含）以上学历，（有良好的英语听说读写能力）电子、外贸及英语专业优先；
2.有两年以上同类岗位工作经验；具备优秀的人际交往能力，社交能力及团队合作精神，沟通能力好，处事大方得体；
3. 具备良好的形象气质，性格开朗，对公司忠诚, 敬业具备较强的领悟能力；
4.熟练运用Word、Excel 和 PowerPoint等办公软件使用和文案编写的能力；
5.工作积极主动，理解能力强，操作执行力强。
