Main Purpose of the job:

To lead and manage of nominated programs with fixed core team.
GPM is the primary contact for customer Project Teams.
GPM ensures the fluent and efficient execution and communication of the project.
GPM is fully accountable of the program(s) from the beginning till end of life.
Essential responsibilities
(1) Project Planning Management
- Project Master Plan.
- Synchronization of internal and external schedules and process milestones so that set targets can be reached.
- Timely and qualitative synchronization of LOM outputs and customer requirements.
(2) Customer Relationship Management
- Primary interface between LOM and the customer.
- Proactive communication and responsiveness with customers.
- Fulfill customer requirements and needs within contractual guidelines.
(3) Project Execution Management
- Trigger for planned and ad-hoc project related actions.
- Ensure that project teams are following global process principles including milestone reviews.
(4) Risk Management
- Control project related risk management process and steering preventive and corrective actions.
- Ensure timely and efficient problem solving.
- Escalation point for local project related issues and when needed escalates the project specific issues to the Management.
(5) Information Management
- Ensure sharing of validated fact-based information both internally and externally.
- Ensure that customers, suppliers and LOM project team members have adequate and up-to-date information available.
- Organize needed project resources with related resource owners.
- Set practices, roles and responsibilities for information distribution and project execution.
(6) Technology Management
- Ensure adequate attention and action to the global implementation of project-related fundamental technologies.
- Responsible to set-up needed resources for project technology implementation with related resource owner
(7) Financial Management
- Maintain costing information (costing models).
- Responsible to create cost break down reports (CBD's) according account owner's targets.
- Responsible of monthly program level profitability.

(9) Project Status Management
- GPM is always on the top of issues and current status of the project.
- Responsible to lead, follow-up and monitor project seamless execution.
- In charge of regular project status and progress reporting, for both internal and external purposes.

Job requirements:
1) Education and experience
- BS degree in Engineering, Business Management.
- Min.5 year experience on Project Management.
2) Competence requirements
- Project Management skills.
- Sales & Marketing skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of working in both a multicultural environment and a virtual global organization.
- Strong knowledge of operations; production processes, quality control, manufacturing technologies and materials.
- Accounting and Financial skills.
- Convincing and assertive communication & negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial and technical both Chinese and English skills
