职责描述：

(一）促销员管理
-有效地完成促销人员日常管理包括招聘，入离职调动管理并及时向人力资源部反馈。
-收集促销员考勤及计算促销员工资并按时提交人力资源部。
-收集PG的个人档案并保持更新，及时提交人力资源部存档。
-协助HR完成年度PG人员及费用预算计划。
-按照巡店计划监督促销员工作状况。
-熟知公司产品及各销售人员促销计划。
-根据促销活动的需求，必要时进行促销人员调配。
-通过每月例会，督促促销员按时上缴公司要求的各种报告。
-了解促销员对应门店的销售状况并给予及时的辅导。
-组织对促销员的业务培训及公司和各促销员所在店面劳动纪律及管理制度的培训。
（二）市场信息反馈
-洞察市场趋势（如竞争对手价格动向，促销活动及新产品）及促销活动执行效果,提供建设性意见于销售以便他们制定有计划性的促销活动或进行策略性调整。
-协助收集所需竞争对手及市场数据。
-持续地更新竞争对手促销员的工资状况并及时反馈于HR。

（三）其它
-完成上级安排的其它任务。
-与其它功能部门合作以确保运作顺畅。

-主动性强，团队意识强，积极并能承受一定的工作压力。

-具备大卖场或超级市场促销员管理经验，有销售背景或具备红酒知识的将优先考虑。
