Job Description:

1) Provide functional expertise and guidance on the SAP HR modules(PA/PT/PY)

2) Support to end-users, handle user queries and resolve production issues

3) Provide on-going application support. Ensure smooth running of the system, monitor jobs and track job performance

4) Be involved in new systems implementation and external integration with SAP

5) Liaise closely with external/internal teams to design, configure and test :- new enhancements, new implementations or system upgrades

6) Conduct analysis on current business processes and define requirements and recommend / development solutions

7) Support the design of systems and interfaces between systems in the role of data expert

8) Plan and coordinate end-user training for any system implementations or enhancements

Job Requirements & Key Skills

1) Good understanding of HR / payroll policies, process review, process design and systems

2) Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent

3) Participate in SAP Payroll support package upgrade activities

4) Experience in SAP ECC6.0 and the HR modules (PA, PT, PY)

5) Good knowledge of SAP PA, PT, PY configuration and SAP schemas

6) Hands-on experience in ABAP is an added advantage

Professional Requirement

1) Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently

2) Knowledge of Manufacturing environment is an added advantage

3) Good knowledge of system integration with SAP is an added advantage

4) Good communication and interpersonal skills

5) Able to communicate in English and Mandarin

6) Team player

7) Competent in data analysis, savvy with numbers, and high level of accuracy and speed.

8) Able to work independently, multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Working Experience

Desired 3 years’ experience in implementation and support of SAP HR, Payroll and Time Management modules
