职位描述
1、负责公司人力资源管理6大模块相关制度的设计及实施，其中薪酬管理、绩效管理、培训与开发3个模块必须精通；

2、通过各种渠道和方法及时招聘公司所需要的人才，协助各部门做好团队建设工作；
3、员工人事信息管理与员工档案合同的维护，核算员工的薪酬福利等事宜；
4、负责组织员工活动、企业文化建设；
5、其他人事日常工作。
　　
任职要求
1、本科以上学历，人力资源或心理学相关专业毕业优先，；
2、五年以上相关工作经验，有物流、供应链管理或进出口行业工作背景者优先；
3、具有优秀的书面、口头表达能力、极强的亲和力与服务意识，沟通领悟能力，判断决策能力强；
4、工作细致认真，原则性强，有良好的执行力及职业素养；
5、熟悉国家相关劳动法律、法规；
6、具有较强的应变能力和内外沟通能力。
