MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Calibrate/Maintain equipment and spare part to minimize unplanned downtime and identify for improvement.

2.Attend to equiment downtime issues timely and provide guidance when necessary.

3.Carry out and co-ordinate engineering activities to meet yields, capacity, efficiency and productivity.

4.Participate in new product trial run, jig,fixture and machine qualification prior to mass production.

5.Carry out assigned project or tasks delegated by superior.

6.Coordinate with WW site and subcon to solve equipment problem timely and make sure a smooth production

7.Solve production problem together with SQE/PQE as teamwork.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Degree or professional qualification, major in electronics or mechanical subject.

2. Minimum 2 years working experience in high volume manufacturing (box build)

3. Excellent problem solving and communication skill, ability to participate in team approach.

4. Proficient in equipment automation system

5. Familiar with QA tools such as FMEA. SPC, GR&R,

6. Proactive in dealing quality issue & problems

7. Must be computer literate and competent in MS offcie

8. Able communicate in English (verbal & writing)
