职位描述
任职要求：
1、男女不限，大专以上学历，英语读写流利(英文六级)。
2、了解ebay政策和规定，熟悉ebay市场上的产品开发方法及技巧。
3、沟通能力强，能独立解决各种客户问题。
4、有较强的网络销售能力,能独立完成产品的整个销售过程。
5、有团队精神和服务意识，为人诚实守信，做事脚踏实地，较强的学习能力、应变能力，对电子 商务外贸有兴趣和激情。
6、两年以上ebay销售经验优先。熟悉第三方ebay工具等软件者优先。。（无ebay工作经验请勿投）
岗位职责：
1、负责公司产品的上架，（修改产品，关键词和描述）。
2、负责ebay账号安全稳定的维护，完善店铺政策与制度，保持店铺的好评率和良好的信用度。
3、统计销售数据
4、通过软件分析市场动向，制定销售策略，控制交易风险，拟定合理的产品刊登计划，拟定有效 的推广策略，寻找热销产品，提高部门销售业绩。
5、负责处理客户问题，包括售前咨询、售后维护以及妥善处理各种争议。
6、完成上级交办的其他事情。
基本薪资+提成奖金不设封顶
