BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
1.Advises the development and execution of quality programs.
2.Manages and trains team staff
Leadership & Influence (For managerial level)
Demonstrated Leadership, Communications, Planning and Execution skills.
Education, Qualification and training
Degree / Higher Diploma holder in engineering field. Industrial or chemical engineering is preferred

Experience or skills required
At least 8 years of working experience in Quality Management in electronics field (PCB field is preferred), in which at least 5 years in managerial level
Stationed in our ZS Plant
Specialised knowledge or skills required
PCB field
Concept in quality management, e.g. SPC, 6 sigma, ISO9000, QS9000, TQM
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for customer audits, plan tours and customer corrective actions
Responsible for physical/reliability laboratory management
Responsible for supplier quality management
Establishes quality testing policies and process
Advises quality programs that lead to improvements in quality, costs and overall efficiency
Manages and trains a team of specialists in QA department
