Sales Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator is to provide inbound support to achieve the sales targets.
Reports to:
General Manager
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Support sales leads. Assist in preparation and management of Product Proposals.
2. Assist in executing marketing plans with sales team, including demand generation, product training, pricing promotions and other activities that lead to successful sales efforts.
3. Assist with market research, competitive analysis and product analysis.
4. Plan and implement events, seminars, trade shows, sponsorships, etc.
5. Execute and analyze results of marketing campaigns, prepare performance analysis reports of post campaigns, and make recommendation to concurrent programs for corrective modification.
6. Put infrastructure and procedure in place for customer service, including training presentations and other support documents.
7. Act as the initial point-of-contact for all prospective/existing customer inquiry, needs and requests. Establish a clear understanding of customer issues, and document the inquiry and issues properly.
8. Coordinate internal/external resources necessary to respond quickly to customer needs, requests and problems, including logistics providers, manufacturers, etc.
9. Conduct outreach through phone calls, email and meetings. Source prospective customers and make initial introduction of the company and service.
10. Complete special tasks as requested by MD or GM.

1. Strong customer service attitude, patient and detail oriented. Be eager to take responsibility and achieve results.
2. Be able to work independently without extensive supervision.
3. Be able to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadline.
4. Be able to ask questions or escalate for necessary resources to support daily/special tasks.
5. Concise oral and written communication.
6. Be able and confident to introduce the company and business to partners and visitors.
